About the property
We are looking for a 4th housemate in a house of 3 existing 23 year old boys. The house is fully furnished, minus the bedroom. The house itself is relatively modern having been refurbished in the last decade. The house stays cool during summer and has heating in the main areas during winter.
The 3 of us work during the week having finished uni last year. We enjoy having a drink on the weekend on our roof.
We have a 5 month old Labrador puppy who is lots of fun.
