About the property

The house is quite large. It has 4 bedrooms,
3 bathrooms,
a lounge room downstairs,
a family room with a wood fireplace downstairs,
a rumpus room upstairs,
a Garage with automatic door,
a kitchen and dining area with a gas fireplace.
There is a lot of space to do any activities or entertain friends and family. The backyard is large and a very relaxing place to hang out. Oscar, one of the people that lives there, keeps it looking really nice. There is also a balcony that overlooks the front of the house where you can see parliament house, manuka oval and telstra tower.

I have had my family over a few times for dinner and there is definitely enough room to entertain.

Ocsar and Isaac are really nice people to live with, they are both very easy going and respectful. There has never been any issues living with them. They are both very mature and reasonable so you could talk about any issues you might have without any real drama.

There are 4 bedrooms but only 3 are being used by residents. The 4th is kept for storage and as a spare room for guests.

The room itself has an inbuilt desk with lights and storage and an inbuilt wardrobe.

About the flatmates

My name is Steven. I am currently moving out of this sharehouse. The two guys that will be living there are both in their early thirties. I have lived with them since April 2020 And they are great housemates. They are both clean and respectful of other peoples space and things. There have been no issues living with them. They are both very easy going and free of any drama. Whether you want to be by yourself or you want to have a friendly chat they are both great boys for that and the large house gives everyone their own room when they want it.
