We have a delightful little room available in our Hackett sharehouse.
It’s a medium sized room with one large window and a carpeted floor. It shares one wall with another bedroom and one wall with the bathroom. It doesn’t come furnished, but as you can see in the photos, it comfortably fits a queen-sized bed.
Our house is a wide, single-floored bungalow built probably in the 60s. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom, but a semi-separate toilet. Our lounge room is enormous and filled with light in the mornings, and it’s rarely used - so you’d be welcome to set up a desk there. Our kitchen is a little small but fully functional, and so is our laundry. We do have underfloor gas heating but we supplement it with electric heaters in our individual rooms.
We’re situated right on the border between Hackett and Majura Nature Reserve. Sometimes we get kangaroos in the street, it’s lovely. We’re a ten minute walk from the local IGA and a five minute drive from Dickson shops. There’s also a nearby bike path that takes you to the city or ANU in less than half an hour.
Internet is $25 a month and utilities are split three ways quarterly.

Isaiah (Male, 19) is a student at ANU and Charlie (Male, 69) is retired. We’re both friendly and cheerful but we’re also independent, and we’re looking for someone similar.
