I am looking for someone to share an apartment in Kingston.
The apartment is in a great location, across the road from the Kingston Shops, bus stop and a short walk to the lake.
It is a very spacious apartment with large living areas, 2 balconies and built in wardrobes in both the bedrooms.
The apartment is fully furnished, I have everything so you only need your bedroom furniture.
There are two utility bills, electricity and the internet which are split 50/50.
A little about me: I am in my 30's, I am friendly, respectful and considerate. I am a small business owner in the beauty industry and very easy going to live with.
I like my home to feel relaxing and welcoming and kept clean!
