You’ll have the master bedroom with an ensuite, large built-in closet and small balcony.
Two underground car parks with a storage locker. Great for avoiding frost on the windscreen during winter. The place has pretty good insulation but also has air conditioning. 2 bed and 2 bath, close to Braddon and Dickson, and a chill and tidy housemate lol. Top level of the complex, so no ground floor security issues.
I am respectful, neat, like a tidy apartment and hope you are the same.
Originally from Brisbane and have been here 4 years. Hope to share a drink and a laugh on occasion 😊
