The house itself is double bricked, which means it's warm in winter and cool in summer. It is in immaculate condition as it was my family home but I'm currently interstate so renting it out. About the flatmates
Hi there, I'm Yan, a Chinese born Australian, been here for 20 years now. Just renting out my place whilst I'm working Interstate. I will come back a couple times a year, otherwise the flatmates will be here themselves. My parents are using the seperate unit downstair during working hours, so that shouldn't affect the renters upstairs.
Currently there is one flatmate in the property who lives in the master bedroom.
