About the flatmates
I am looking for someone to take over my lease (6 months remaining). I have been living in this lovely, quiet and conveniently-located flat in Turner, but am now moving back to Sydney for family reasons.
The available room is the Master Room with Ensuite bathroom. It is generously sized, able to easily fit a queen bed, large study desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe space. The room has a Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner to keep you warm in Winter. It has full carpet installation also.
It is perfectly located for anyone who works in the city or studies at ANU. It is a 3 minute drive, 3 tram stops away or a lovely 20 minute walk through Turner parklands to both the city or ANU.
The room is completely furnished. Rent is $380 with bills included, except electricity.
