Hi, I am an easygoing, respectful, middle aged woman who works part time. My home is 3 bedrooms, it's quiet and chilled out, and holds a positive space. It's close to town, in a nice quiet area with plenty of space for parking.
No druggies or booze heads. Before any rental commitment we would have to meet and greet face to face. Rent is per person, not per room with 3 people. I also need 2 personal and/or work/rental referees.
