My house is on 11 Acres of beautiful native bush land, in Chittering, which is 1 hour from Perth CBD and 40 minutes to Midland and Joondalup. The house is large, with separate living areas.
It has a below ground pool, you will have your own room with built in robe, ceiling fan and own lounge room with TV, Bathroom, and air con. It's peaceful with a lovely out look on bushland and wild life, room covers Netflix and Internet. I have one furnished room and 1 unfurnished, but can furnish the second room for $10 p/week
