The location is perfect, a 10 minute walk to the jetty beach and shops and less than a 5 minute drive. 10 minute drive to the cbd.
Okay so the room with the balcony may be spoken for, but there is another room ever so slightly smaller available which I have updated some pictures of.
Rent is $125.
The room with the balcony has ocean and mountain views. Outdoor courtyard which is shaded for most of the day if you want to be outside yet still escape the heat.

It’s a very comfortable and spacious living space. There is garage parking and plenty of storage space.
The property requires very little maintenance.
