Two bedrooms available (small and large). Airconditioned (reverse cycle) bedrooms with built-in wardrobe. Queen bed and lovely shutters on the window. Each window has a fly-screen but not security mesh. Internet, water and electricity all included. Access to full kitchen, BBQ and laundry. Raised garden bed available if you wish to garden. We have two small dogs, one has high anxiety but the more you ignore him (in the beginning) the easier it will be for the both of you.
The rooms are at opposite ends of the house from us. The bathroom will mainly be all yours, apart from any visitors to the house. There is one other rooms but it is being used as a storage room (our shed flooded and the floor needs to be fixed). Would suit students/friends. Longer term would be considered. Strictly non smokers only.
