About the property

As of November 30th, we have one fully furnished room to rent in a three bedroom apartment on Smith Street.

The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, full length mirrored double wardrobe, air conditioning, fan, and bedside table.

The rest of the apartment includes a spacious living area and balcony. It is also fully furnished and air conditioned, with everything you’ll need from cutlery to a TV, to WiFi.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one male - 28, but you will have your own mirror, basin, and cabinets.

Our apartment has two allocated undercover parking spaces, as well as a few unallocated spaces. On top of this there is always free on street parking available right in front of the apartment block.

Appartment is a 3 minute walk to the supermarket, and a 8 minute walk to Darwin city.

Rent is $200 p/w which includes water, internet and Netflix. Electricity, is split three ways. I'd prefer someone who is planning on staying six months or longer, but happy to compromise for the right housemate.

About the flatmates

Sean, 26, from Melbourne.
I love to do a bit of cooking, when I get the time. I'll often be out of the house for most weekends, hiking, camping, or otherwise just out with friends.
I like to have a social drink, and a group meal with the housemates every so often.

Sam, 25 from Sydney
I'll get Sam to write out something about himself soon. He's a pretty decent guy though.
