About the flatmates
Hi, my name is Kerry, I have my 18 year old son ( apprentice) and 15 year old daughter (Student ) living with me. All reasonably quiet, we are used to sharing our house with overseas Uni students for many years.
Due to the fact my daughter is only 15, I would prefer a female tenant.
Very easy going and like to hear from anyone who thinks they'd enjoy living in a home 100 meters to bus for either of the Deakin campuses and a 10 minute walk to the Belmont shopping centre.
