About the flatmates
Hi,
So there’s currently just myself living in the property. I’m 24 years old working full time as a Case Manager. I can be social quite social but often like being in my own space where I can chill and hang out after work.
Im looking to fill the rooms currently available in the home.
Ideally I would like to find someone that is easy going, who is happy to have a laugh with/ dinners sometimes. Most importantly someone that is clean (does things without needing to be constantly asked). I’d really like for the house to remain a positive environment!
We do have a cleaner that comes in once a fortnight to help maintain the cleanliness of the home.
Everything in the house in regards to bills is split equally. Bills for the home is overall quite cheap.
This is not a party house so please keep that in mind. Positive communication between housemates is a absolute must because no one likes walking on eggshells.
