About the flatmates

One of our homies (Lithuanian named Eiman) has returned home to mother Russia, and as a result we need to fill either his room (furnished) or the spare room (unfurnished). He will be returning back to Australia, so the furnished room will need to be vacated before his return.

We are advertising a spacious two story house mainly unfilled and in close proximity to Arundel Shopping Centre, Parkwood Tram Station and Griffith University. The main communal area downstairs has room for furniture if needed.

You will be living with two laid back and respectful individuals who enjoy the outdoors and have individual hobbies, some of which we share. We are not party animals, but we do like to have a drink when it is suited (aka. birthdays, special occasions).

Reuben works at Woolworths and has a Bachelor in Civil Engineering, I'am currently attaining a Bachelor of Urban and Environmental Planning with Science and currently get Student Youth Allowance due to the closure of the Southport Sharks. We are both financially stable.

With our roommate having moved home we have decided to rent out our available rooms for individuals of all walks of life. We ask that you be respectful of the house and the individuals living here, clean and tidy, but most importantly can financially support yourself.
