Women only apply....This place is a sanctuary so no all night partiers in-mature would be stars, (occasional drinkers and smokers ok ) we don't need that in our sanctuary/surroundings ...and you'll need full time, or employment part time or student....Im a full time artist and converted the garage into a art studio, my bedroom is on the ground floor of this open planned and quite (safe) townhouse. In the tranquil complex is a swimming pool and tennis court. Close to gyms harbor town and Westfield shopping center. The townhouse features spacious lounge room kitchen and gazebo unlimited internet bigscreen tv (netflix foxtel) fully ducted Air Conditioning etc. Upstairs has a shared toilet and bathroom (pictured) is the 2 spacious bedrooms and a studio bedroom (at both ends of the "upstairs " town house) one is rented out, the other is $200pw and also a studio bedroom at $140pw is also rented.
