I have just leased a brand new place here and at the Athena Apartments located at 1 Grant Avenue Hope Island and it is quite a large apartment with your own bathroom at 100 sqm internally plus large balcony with east facing views. It's very peaceful with a lot of light.
My name is Christian and I'm from Melbourne and have recently moved to Hope Island in the Gold Coast permanently to be near my family. I am a straight male looking for a straight female or male. I'm looking for someone hard working, has a job, and is stable. I'm quite clean, tidy and a pretty chilled guy.
I work full time and have a side business. My reason for getting a flatmate is to help reduce expenses as the future this year is a little uncertain due to the prolonged pandemic.
