50+ Australian lady, very clean & tidy, looking to share.
You will have 2 large bedrooms to yourself, one with a walk-in robe, your own double bathroom and own toilet. One of the bedrooms has your own balcony.
You could use the 2nd bedroom as an office or lounge/retreat.
The duplex style home has the bedrooms upstairs and living downstairs -
All within the Security and Gated community of Hope Island Resort on the Gold Coast.
I have a small Shitzhu dog named Zac and a cat named Archie, both very friendly and loving, but they will leave you alone if you wish.
The reason I'm looking to share now is, that my children have moved out and I love living here and don't want to move, but cannot afford it on my own.
I can offer the rooms furnished or unfurnished.
The kitchen has everything you would need and I am more than happy for you to use anything you like.
I work from my home office, so am at home most of the time.
The home is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and transport and features a pool and tennis court.
Very secure living - gated community.
