This house is in a great location 5 min walk to Bond Uni so would suit students, Varsity shops are 5 mins away and a 10 min drive to Burleigh beach and Robin. Public transport is located right outside the complex. This complex comes with a pool and security system and each bedroom is on its own floor.The bed is queen size, comfortable and of good quality also kept clean as is the house.
I am a friendly and easy going person and we like to keep the house clean and tidy. I am out quite a bit and am respectful of others privacy. You would be sharing with myself I’m 55 work part time and study part time and a 28 year old male Bond medical student who is tidy, respectful and easy to get along with, he has been with me for over 2 years.
I have a 2 small friendly small dogs, one is just a puppy atm and I would require a dog friendly flatmate. We have a shared cleaning roster in place to ensure the house is kept clean. Available from Dec 11. Bond students welcome.
