This is a small room with a single bed, hence the price, the flat is a 5 minute walk to Bond university so students are most welcome. There is public transport outside the gate. Its a 10 min drive to Burleigh beach and a 5 min drive to Robina. This is a modern clean and tidy flat that runs very smoothly. The features that make it run smoothly are common courtesy, respect and consideration to all. Cleaning is shared on a per week basis to ensure the flat is always well maintained. This room is to share a bathroom with 1 other. Each room is on its own floor except this room and there are a total of four floors including the common area of kitchen/dining and lounge area, The complex is secured with cameras and has a pool. The kitchen has all modern appliances and was recently refurbished. The common area also has a large T.V. A minimum of a 3 month stay is required. Currently an all female flat.
