This is an awesome house, It is conveniently located right next to Griffith Uni (walking distance) and a few minutes to the M1.
The living room and every room has air-conditioning, we have a large dining table, big lounge and TV. It has an amazing outdoor entertaining deck, perfect for a having a drink on the weekend. It also features a seperate laundry downstairs.
The house has security cameras and the front door is via electronic code access.

About the flatmates
Your three housemates are 21 year old males. One of us works full-time and the two other are full-time students at Griffith & Bond. We are chill, easy going guys and enjoy our weekends but are also very good at staying quiet during the week. We have a strict cleaning roster and we always keep the house clean!
Would love to have someone with a similar vibe.
