This home is a brand new build and I am looking for some roommates to share it with. I am only wanting female tenants who are clean and respectful. I work away and keep very busy during the week and on weekends so will hardly be at home. There is currently one other tenant and they work close by and study also.
In the house, you would be sharing the bathroom with the other female tenant and the room will be $180/ week and 2 weeks bond paid at the beginning of the lease.
The room will be available from the 26th of May.
