We are looking for someone to fill a room in our share house.
Our house is located in battery point, less than 10 min walk minutes to utas , and 5 min minutes to city heart st mall by walk. Or You can take the bus at doorstep
The house itself is cute and homey, security gates, new kitchen. The house has library space , secure large bedroom with built ceiling robe , heating, you would share with bathroom with one other (Brand new)
-rent is paid ($200 ) per week
-Bond is one month's rent.
-The electricity are split evenly among housemates.
