We have one large (5 x 3.4m) room in a lovely house in New Town and are looking for another female flatmate to share the house with.
The house is just a 10 min bus/bike ride to the city and a 10 min walk to North Hobart. Close to shops, restaurants, cinemas, supermarket, pool and gym.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe and drawers if needed, and the rest of the house is fully furnished. Washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave and stove are all installed.
Rent is $200/week plus internet and bills.
No smoking and sorry no pets.
