The place has a lot of character - it's a old terrace flat painted in all the colours of the rainbow! Cosy loungeroom with electric heater, kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm, big bathroom with washing machine, small brick outdoor courtyard (complete with a neglected garden bed that could become a veggie patch / herb garden if you're so inclined!). Good size bedrooms upstairs - the room for rent gets lovely afternoon sun! Built in small wardrobe.The only bill is electricity, it's usually pretty cheap. I haven't set up internet at the house because I have heaps of data on my phone, but you are welcome to!
