The room is $160 a week and is in the middle of the house so protected from the noise from the street. As you can see from the photos it is plenty big enough for a queen bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and other bits and pieces. There is no attached heating in the room but happy to throw in the oil heater which heats up the room in no time. There is unlimited street parking close to the house. Unfortunately no pets allowed and not suitable for couples. Bond is $614.

About the flatmates
You will be living in a house with 2 of the nicest and most easy going people around.
Chris (30) is a musician (don't worry he's not loud!) who funds his music addiction by writing resumes for people during the week. He is also a master in the kitchen and loves a session of pool and beer at the local pubs (close enough to stumble home from).
Rachael (27) works in retail and at the Hobart Museum. When she's not doing that she will be painting, hiking, surfing, rock climbing, and just generally being adventurous. She's also good for a chat and a meal.
We are looking for someone who is respectful of communal areas in the house and easy going. Someone who is down for a bit of a chat is also a plus, but of course everyone also has their own lives so we repsect each others personal space.
