Great location, close to everything, supermarket, shops, cafes (2,3 minutes drive), CBD (5 minutes), Utas (10 minutes), Zap Fitness (5 minutes drive), Knocklofty Reserve (5 minutes walk). There are also plenty of bus stops around the area, the closest one takes 5 minutes' walk and buses operate until night time. If you work in CBD, park at home and have a nice walk to work, it only takes around 20 minutes.
