About the property
We have recently signed the lease of a spacious two story home in West Hobart. The house is located above the rivulet with views over the harbour. Location couldn’t be more convenient for walking/cycling into the city or getting on a trail (Knocklofty in the backyard). We are really excited to have a secure rental and looking for a couple to fill the downstairs room.
The room is a whopping 3.7 x 5.9 with east and south facing windows, and a tall ceiling. The house is a beautiful old home so expect lots of details and quirks. There is a fire place in the living room, two bathrooms and generous terraced gardens for growing our greens.
We are bringing furniture but open to additional in particular white goods.

About the flatmates
The house will be shared with three others: a couple Jamie & Lucy and Ben. We are all in our late twenties. We also have two very charming cats named Potato & Charlie. We are two young professionals and a student who are into gardening, tinkering, climbing, surfing, making and joshing around.
