We have just moved in to a new house 2min walk from the Uni in Toowoomba.

Married couple, Clayton 38 and Kylee 28 plus our daughter Bethany 17 living in the house at the moment and have two rooms free.

Clayton and Kylee both work in Toowoomba and Bethy has just finished school before starting Uni.

We are looking for a females to rent out our two spare rooms. These both have built in robes and shared bathroom.

House is quite large and very modern, comfy and we have two lovely Malamute doggos out the back (sadly means we can not accept any other animals)

Looking for min of 3month stay.

Rent is $150 per room and $20 per person for all utilities (power, water, internet, gas)
