I'm a laid-back 36 yo male looking to rent out an empty bedroom in a unit here in Centenary Heights. Only seeking a housemate 25 years plus. Rent will be split 50-50 and is $160 per week for new tenant out of $320 total. Rent to be increased $5 when new lease commences in late September. All expenses including Water, Internet & Electricity to also be split 50-50. If prefer rent inclusive of bills then can do $190 per week instead.
