The house itself is large and is on 2 separated levels with separate accesses, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs, all recently refurbished and all with their own self contained facilities (bathroom, shower, toilet, hand basin). There are shared fully equipped kitchens, lounges, dining areas and barbecue/ deck areas on each level. The photos on the flatmates site give an indication of the facilities and rooms in this premises which is located about 300m from city park and about 3 mins walk to the Brisbane St mall, University campus and Coles/ Kmart/ Chemist warehouse, and 5 minutes walk to the middle of town.
The house/bedrooms are fully furnished including all linen and ensuites in 4 of the 5 bedrooms with one bedroom being a bit smaller, but having sole use of a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. The two bedrooms downstairs are larger, one having a walk-in wardrobe and the other having a separate attached office/storage area. Some off street parking is available. Bedroom rentals including full run of house and use of all facilities range from $180 to $250 per week, including all bills.
There are good views from the balconies to the north out over the Inveresk campus of Utas, Invermay and to the surrounding suburbs and hills.

I am a semi retired professional and own the premises. I am reasonably easygoing and tolerant. Prospective tenants need to provide some relevant background on themselves and renting history to help ensure compatibility with other tenants and their safety/security, and respect for the property and facilities here. I always consult with existing tenants before renting a room to a new tenant.
