About the property
*EDIT* We were hit by the floods - and finally repaired the house and living here now.
The kitchen will get renovated for a second time within the month but has already had all the appliances replaced - new gas top cooker is bigger and better.
Floors have been done throughout.
We will continue to improve the house but only in a way that can work in with our free time (budget) and most importantly with minimal disruption or inconvenience for anyone..

The place is huge with room for everyone, secure (garage) parking for all, great yard for all,, the front/back balconies catch beautiful breezes.. the kitchen has recently been renovated and has gas cooking,, we are super close to the square and public transport.

Hi, We are Ben and Molly! We are a married couple who recently moved to the area after returning to Australia and have a great big house we are happy to share.
I’m (Ben 35) Australian and work in Retail. Molly is 25 and studying nail technology, she is from Myanmar (Burma).
We are both very chill but enjoy being active in the yard with the vegetable garden. Molly is a huge animal lover.
On my days off I often spend my time downstairs in the garage.
We have 2 flood survivor kittens (Handsome and Lady). They are siblings and very loving.
