The apartment is in the Empire building, 81 A'beckett street. It is on a high floor with unobstructed views from the balcony and the bedroom. Building has 24 hour concierge, gym, pool and sauna. Downstairs is Woolworths Metro and Asian Groceries. It is within a block of Melbourne central, RMIT, Queen Victoria Market, ALDI and a short walk to Flagstaff/Carlton Gardens.

Room is 2.9m x 3.1m. Window facing south. It comes with a large wardrobe, queen bed, heater, desk. Apartment is furnished with AC, kitchenware, switch and Netflix, white goods, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Rent is inclusive of all bills such as water, electricity, NBN100.

Housemate is me, I am male in my early 30s. Grew up in Melbourne. Parents Chinese. Work involves some business stuff. I'm out in the world a fair bit of time with people socialising. At home I love enjoying down time. Into spirituality. I'm clean and chill, don't cook much.

Things that affect you might be that I sleep pretty late, usually around 2am, but you probably can't tell. I like keeping the windows and balcony door somewhat open, even when it's cold. My girlfriend or friends visit a bit occasionally and sometimes we talk loud or stay late.
