Room 1 available on 15th of June ( $225 per week, bills are not included ).
Your room is furnished. Single bed with wardrobe. Heating and Air-conditioning. Night lamp. Table and chair. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and kitchenette are available to share. Beddings are provided. You don't need to bring anything else. Also this room is for 1 person only.
Bills are shared between housemates ( roughly about $25 - $30 per week ).
Bond and first month rent are expected to be paid upon key receiving.
