Chill, clean housemate wanted for inner city apartment, I am working all the time so you'll have the place to yourself a lot, also my cat is super cute.
Beautiful light filled apartment on the 36th floor on the corner of Little Bourke and Spencer Street. The apartment features floor to ceiling windows, a large kitchen, a clean and modern bathroom with a large shower and a wrap around balcony with amazing views of the city and ocean.
The apartment building features a pool and gym and also has a 24 hour concierge service.
The room available is a large room, 3.5m x 3.0m with a whole wall of mirrored built in robes and plenty of storage.
The room is unfurnished and will comfortably fit a queen-king size bed (or a double and a desk)
The apartment is fully furnished.
RENT and BILLS
The room is $1200 per month which includes unlimited wifi, all other bills are split evenly.

Bond is $800 for a single person or $1000 for a couple.

You will be living with a full time hospitality professional and an cute little orange cat. I work a lot of strange hours but try to be polite and respectful of other people’s personal space. I am clean and organised and in my spare time I like to read, go for brunch and hang out with my friends. I like my personal space but also enjoy sharing a glass of wine with my housemates.
