I have all the necessary appliances required for living available to you i.e. washing machine, dryer, microwave, etc. There is a smart TV in the living area with access to Foxtel, Netflix, Stan and most other streaming services. Unlimited internet is also available. Option to store items in the garage. There is a small backyard grassed area which gets a lot of sunlight and I am looking at purchasing a new outdoor setting and BBQ at some point soon. Newport train station is about 5-10 min drive depending on traffic, Altona Gate Coles 1km away and we are approx 12km from the CBD.

Hey, my name is Emily and I am looking for a housemate to join me at this super comfortable 3br townhouse in Altona North. I work as a Paramedic and would need someone who is considerate of shift work. I am however, a really good sleeper so no need to tip toe around. I enjoy keeping fit, going out for brunch and spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy a good TV series and watching AFL. I have a 1 yr old miniature dachshund named Albie. He’s predominantly an inside dog but he’s playful and easy going. We normally go for walks and to the local dog park every day. He’s a short haired dachshund & doesn’t shed much so you won’t find heaps of dog hair everywhere around the house, on furniture or on your clothes.
