About the property
Hi, I am Joe , a single dad, and I live in Bentleigh East. I have a bedroom to let now. I live on the top storey with my 2 sons aged 22 and 18 (own bathroom).
The bottom has two bedrooms and separate bathroom and one bedroom is rented by a guy from New Zealand at present. The room has a split system. I use the kitchen for about an hour, even less, the other bloke cooks a little. Have one small fluffly friendly dog. Unlimited fast internet. Close to public transport,shops and parks - Bus # 767, 630, 701 and 722, Murrumbeena , Hughesdale, Oakleigh, Huntingdale and Ormond stations, Chadstone , Monash, Homesglen etc and Brighton Beach.
