A Stunning Heritage Manor set up as a shared environment for artists :)

Located in Leafy Box Hill, minutes walk from Box Hill Centro, Train Station,Restaurants & the Station St Bus

We're a group of musicians, painters, meditators, writers, and a film student with an interest in the arts - looking for similar kind, sincere creatives interested in an environment that fosters art to share this special place with us.

Positive, laid back & tidy

The house and rooms come furnished in period style, huge grounds which has been great over covid like having our own park, we sometimes have outdoor cinema nights or fire nights on the rooftop deck, several balcony spaces - it's an inspiring place :)

We've been here as a group of people working in the arts since 2016 - it's been a special place and many awesome people have come and been a part of it, this next 2 years will be a really great period in the manor with some musical events running and some special guests coming from interstate and overseas - a really unique community to be part of if you work in the arts and want to network, skill share and enjoy a place that fosters creativity

Ultra modern bathrooms and kitchen with Meile gas range, chef quality appliances etc - a dream to use

There are just two budget spaces available atm - $600 good for a younger person or student looking for a private spot who would like to enjoy the atmosphere here
