TWO large bedrooms - fully furnished. One person can rent out BOTH rooms for only $220, or otherwise I can rent out the rooms separately for a lower price for one bedroom.

The second bedroom could also be great for study, fitness, entertainment or storage - but is not to be sublet or given to anyone other than the tenant. Both rooms Include reverse cycle air conditioner/heater ; Bedrooms come with Queen-sized and King Single sized beds with electric blanket and lamb’s wool underlay (for the Queen sized bed); Can redecorate somewhat if you’d like a different look. (eg: new bed-side lamps)

First bedroom includes drawers ; in-built wardrobe; study desk ; office chair ; timber Book Case ; sheep-skin rug; new venetian blinds ; large Sony HD LED TV with Netflix and Disney access. There's also an LG UHD TV in the second bedroom, as well as a desk, chairs, computer, fitness equipment, bookshelves.

You can use the fitness equipment in the second bedroom or if you prefer I can move it out to provide more storage and living space. I can also empty the bookshelves if you want them for your personal use.

• Shared facilities include bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, kitchen, large lounge room with 65 inch Sony OLED TV and luxury leather sofa and recliner. The owner may (very rarely) need to access the second bedroom to get a book.

• Appliances include fridge, microwave and electric ovens, top loader washing machine, dryer. Dual cycle air conditioners also in the second bedroom and lounge room.

Located right on Memorial Park (mid-way between Doncaster Shoppingtown and Box Hill Central) ; with access to Bushy Creek walking trail which takes you to Elgar Park.

BTW you’ll also be living with my tabby cat, Mister. He can be naughty – he jumps up on everything and thinks all food is for him. But he’s very loveable as well.
