Our property is at the back of a shop and secured with entry from the back of the property. Three bedrooms upstairs and this room is the middle sized room with a shared bathroom. Downstairs is the kitchen, a loungeroom, a laundry with a second toilet. The is an outside common area and a public car park at the back of the property. Close to Jewell train station, the tram and bus and all the great places on Sydney Rd. The room comes with a wardrobe, clothes rack, bedside table, lamp and a mattress and bed if required.
It is shared expenses and we have Netflix and NBN.
