About the property

One member of the house has left the nest, so we're back to looking to add a third person to the lease. Total monthly rent for the house is $2433 divided by three, paid on the 21st of each month. Bond = $811. Bills not included in rent.

The room for rent has it's own ensuite, split system and very large built-in-robe. Has space for a double/queen sized bed. Located on the ground floor, close to the kitchen.

The house is located a 20 minute walking distance or a short drive to Bundoora Square shopping centre, Plenty Road. A very short distance to a walking and bike trail, with other parks and a fresh produce market close by.

Internet is NBN. Residential area with safe parking on street. No pets in the house yet, but Brett is looking to adopt a cat.

About the flatmates

Brett: 33yo - Work at JB Hi-Fi, so pretty covered on appliances. An avid reader and board gamer (some would say I own too many), I like to have people over for board games semi-regularly. I have more cardigans than a retirement village. Shower singer. 2 weeks left of Auslan studies.

James: 24yo - Work at JB Hi-Fi. Big ol' nerd for the likes of comics, film and gaming. I am happy to plod along doing my own thing but will also come on down for a lowkey chillax session. The resident tech-head.

Both like keeping a clean household, mostly a clean-as-you-go thing. Enjoy hanging out in the lounge watching stuff or playing games, but also enjoy time to ourselves. Listening to music in the living space with some wine is a good time passer. Social bar drinkers but not ones for the club scene. Inside plant life is thoroughly growing. Both cool with trees.
