About the property

Period apartment building with only 2 apartments. The apartment has been renovated recently, so best of two worlds. It's spacious, easily the size of a house, and positioned so conveniently to transport outside our place, which are no's 3; 3A;16 with Caulfield train station a short tram ride away. We're across the road from Caulfield parklands to give the feeling of serenity and lifestyle with access to the parks tennis courts and recreation fields etc. There are shops, cafes, etc walking distance as well, with several lovely eateries. Supermarket is aside to Caulfield Station, a short tram ride away.

About the flatmates

Melbourne born and bred, but spent the last 25 years away in Sydney and Noosa heads, recently returned, Steve. Works in eyewear Fashion, travels for work and pleasure domestically, and Internationally, enjoys music playing guitar when the mood strikes, and listening to a myriad of genres. Enjoy the city for it's cafe scene, restaurants, live performance, and also love being home, cooking thai, Italian, sipping away at a nice shiraz. A self admitted Netflix junky and golf player. The surfboard sits hiding in the garage, fearful of Victorian water temperature. The skis are rattling questioning when they get to go play.
Trang is an International student, here studying Nursing, and working at becoming at one with Aussie culture, in her spare moments. She loves cooking her native cuisine, so be prepared to be spoiled by good home cooked vietnamese meals.
