Clayton, Melbourne

Sadly, my housemates David and Anna moved out :( so I'm on a hunt for new housemates.

About the house: This large townhouse is located in the heart of Clayton, close to Clayton train station (3 min walk), Monash Medical Centre (5 min walk), St Peter’s primary school ( just across the road) Monash Uni (5 min on the bus) and also close to all the shops and public transport. The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 shower, 1 bath, and a small courtyard. Parking is available for one car (on the driveway). Rent is 215/week for room 1 and 195/week for room 2. Rent includes all the utility bills and the bond is one month's rent. Rooms are fully furnished and have a single bed, bedside table, desk, chair, wardrobe + centralized aircon/heater. Also, we have heaps of board games and books in the living room!! We have everything in the house, all you have to bring is yourself and everything is set!

About me: I’m 27-year-old recent graduate currently working casually in a manufacturing company, hopefully working full time in my field soon. During my free time, I watch footy (Big Geelong fan), play soccer, or train at the nearby boxing gym.

About you: Guy or girl, Mid/late 20s or early 30s, clean, considerate and social. This is not a party house, but always down for good chats, board games, and getting beers on weekends. Pets are not allowed, also no couples, sorry!
