About the property

There is so much natural light beaming through, it almost hurts in this 3 storey house! Big, bright, spacious and modern! HUGH living space, kitchen so big you can dance in and fitted out with Miele! (Best of the best kitchen products) Not one, but two balconies! (one with city views!) Outdoor breakfast bar and sun lounges to find an escape after a long day.

We are ultra tidy people looking for like minded souls to enjoy this magnificent house. We work hard and have long days so when we come home, we like to unwind in a clean quiet oasis with a beer or wine. When we want crazy, we take the short 5 min walk into the thick of Smith street and if walking is a problem, the 86 tram is 40meters from the front door. We have shared our home with housemates for over 10 years now so we know how to be good housemates, respect space, being considerate and mindful and we tend to live with people who are the same.

About the flatmates

Hey Michelle here! 30s, i have a degree in industrial design, work full time as a Craft Beer Rep and group fitness teaching. I'm quite pedantic about keeping things neat & tidy and prefer coming home to a clean quiet home to relax with a glass of vino after work.

Adam, 30s, has his own import/export business in the craft beer industry as well as his own beer brand, works mainly from home in the garage which is the home office. He has a degree in brewing. He loves a beer to wind down from his crazy long hour days. His days off are spent trying to get out of melbourne to enjoy outdoor activities.
