The three bedroom, one bathroom house is located just off Bell St, a stones throw away from Melville Rd and walking distance to the 58 tram and Coburg station (Upfield line). The house has high ceilings, dark polished floorboards, central heating and a huge backyard (including fig, orange and almond trees). Apart from the third bedroom you will be occupying, the house is fully furnished - lucky you! Rent is $700 a month and bond will be $754. Bills are split evenly and include electricity, gas, water and internet and amount to roughly $150 a month.

About the flatmates
You will be sharing the house with Bronia and Cristina. Both in our mid-late 20s and working full time in education. Cristina works full time as a primary school teacher, speaks three languages (English, Spanish and Italian which means she uses her hands to talk A LOT), loves a sleep in, enjoys keeping busy with her friends and spending time in the dance studio (once they reopen!). Bronia works full time as a teachers aid, also speaks three languages (English, Sarcasm and Self Deprecation), is an early riser and enjoys the Coburg Farmers Market on a Saturday. We enjoy spending time together but are also very considerate of each others privacy and personal space. We are VERY HOUSE PROUD, meaning we clean and maintain the house as if it were our own. We operate on a weekly rotating cleaning roster with each person being responsible for a different communal area of the house, this ensures that the responsibility is equally distributed. We are fun, social people but if you are looking for a 'party house', ours is not the one for you. We want the house to be a relaxing, safe space where everyone feels comfortable and respected.
