There's two rooms opening up in our Collingwood sharehouse.
Room 1 - $190 per week (including all bills i.e. water, gas, electricity and internet).
Bond: $900
Move in date: 02/02

Room 2 - $250 per week (including all bills i.e. water, gas, electricity and internet).
Bond: $1000
Move in date: 04/02

Room 2 is the biggest room in the house with loads of space, high ceilings and a nice view that overlooks Smith St.

We're located in the heart of Smith St Collingwood at the intersection of Johnson St and Smith St. The location is amazing and convenient, being super central and walking distance to the city.

There's plenty of transportation around including buses and trams taking you in and out of the city. If you attend Mel Uni, RMIT, ACU, Collarts, Polytechnic Collingwood you're in luck... we're really close to all those institutions!

Smith St has plenty to offer with access to everything you'll need. This includes supermarkets, banks, cafes, restaurants, take-out places, bars... right at our doorstep.

About the place: main entrance is through the back (alley), there is 4 bedrooms, 1 living room crossed with a kitchen, laundry area, double garage and a kickass terrace (outside area)!

We're looking for nice people to join our little home! People that are cool, down to earth, clean and tidy, a sweetheart, and overall considerate and respectful to others. We'd prefer people with previous share-house experience...
