Its a beautiful Apartment In Docklands right next to CBD and have number of facilities to avail which is quite hard to get in this sort of price. We got amenities including Gym, Pool, Sauna, Spa, Library, Home theatre and tennis court. Also a big balcony that gives you nice city view from your room.
Currently its one furnished bedroom is available for rent, all necessary furniture is already in flat. You just need to bring your luggage. Also I can provide a Carpark too which would be included in rent.
I expect a decent individual who keep the place nice and tidy, pay rent on time and maintain their privacy :)
