I'm a 68 year old retired pensioner, musician.
You will have your own bedroom and bathroom (newly refitted).
The Bedroom is unfurnished.... Balance of house is furnished yet space for yours if you have.
Current lease runs to end August and we would sign a new 12 month lease.
Bond is $828 = 1 months rent...
Rent is $828 paid monthly....
The successful applicant which I put forward will need to be screened by the real estate agent, sign lease and pay bond.....
