So this beautiful little apartment is across the road from the beach with a nice little balcony. There's a roof top pool in the complex with amazing views. Heaps of security, air con/heating in all 3 spaces and separate bathrooms. The place is fully furnished so you don't need to bring anything. Such good natural light and morning sunshine in this place. Dishwasher and air fryer as well as an espresso machine. Netflix included, there is a storage locker in the under cover parking area and a funky cafe underneath the complex.
I am leaning towards females only from 21-30ish.
This places lease is up in mid September however there is the option of lease transfer.
