About the property

Hi there,

First, rent includes bills (gas, water, electricity and internet)!

It is a two level home in a quiet location featuring:
- Open-plan living/dining area
- Well-appointed kitchen with stone benchtops, stainless steel cooking appliances and dishwasher
- Split-system heating/cooling downstairs
- Hardwood floors
- European laundry
- Low maintenance private north-facing courtyard garden with decking

The train station is down the quiet street. It's also close to Napier Street cafe scene and popular shopping precincts, parkland, Moonee Ponds Creek Trail and Citylink.

The room available shares a bathroom, noting there is a separate toilet which makes it very unlikely for bathroom clashes. There is also another bathroom available downstairs. The bedroom available is on the top right corner of the floorplan.

A secure garage space is also available for extra.

About the flatmates

The sharehouse is a mixed gender household.

The place is new and modern, therefore care and cleanliness is a must!
Sharehouse with 3 other friendly tenants - Chloe, Jackson and Naithan. All are in their early to mid 20s.

Note Naithan has a cute Daschund named Sizzle who is a puppy, however toilet trained, quiet and enclosed.

Chloe works in hospitality and enjoys socialising.
Naithan works full time in construction and is originally from QLD and is keen to explore the city.
Jackson works at the airport and enjoys the gym and exploring Victoria.
